Opening Statement

Welcome to NASCAR GOLF. It is called that because the scoring is similar to that of golf. The lower the score (points received) the better. Higher, not so good. The goal is to have the lowest total points at season end. NASCAR has 37 races for CHASE points from February through November. This league basically runs itself. With spring coming as well as fishing season, I don’t want to be tied down all weekend for 37 weeks, and I will not be available every weekend. I just need to go in once a week to update scores. Season Format

• Players will accumulate combined points based on the finishing position of their 2 drivers (lower to higher).
• Points will be accumulated throughout the season, 37 races.
• The player with the lowest score will determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for the payout. 
• Payout-1st Place $150, 2nd Place $90,3rd Place $30
• If a driver is unable to race, the points for the replacement driver will be used. If the initial driver is not subsituted, the points for the last pole sitter will be used.
• If a driver is unable to race subsequent races, the option to select an undrafted driver is available.
• All players have the option to trade a driver (1 time) after race 10.

Playoffs Format

• Playoffs will consist of the last 10 races of the season, 28-37.
• A Player most have one driver that qualified for the CUP to qualify for the playoffs
• If a player does not have two drivers in the CUP field, the player must select an undrafted driver.
• Players will accumulate combined points based on the finishing position of their 2 drivers (Lowest to highest).
• Fee for the Playoffs is which will go to the winner $60 to the winner, $30 to 2nd place.
